Founder, CEO

Pratik Shelar

PRATIK SHELAR

Graduated with an MBA in Marketing from Coventry University, Pratik has 20 years of extensive experience in the entertainment business, working in various areas such as film production, writing, acting (including the Hindi-language movie Humne Jeena Sikh Liya), distribution, and ticketing. He is the founder of MovieSee Limited (indianmoviefriend.com), a ticketing and event company established in 2014, where he produced more than 10 events and shows featuring reputed Indian personalities.

In 2018, Pratik founded Goviddo Limited (www.goviddo.com), a film investment platform. Through Goviddo, he successfully raised funds for projects such as Midas Man, a biopic on Brian Epstein—the man who discovered and managed The Beatles. This movie is available on Amazon Prime Video. Pratik has raised over $3 million for his ventures. Additionally, he has served as a producer for two British movies and the documentary The Entrepreneur.

Darren Delandro

Financial leader with over fifteen years' experience in business development, financial sales, investment management and a strong analytical background with the capability of evaluating different types of asset class, industries, companies and investments.

A strong communicator with the ability to synthesise multiple sources of information, explain complex concepts both concisely and simply, with the ability to produce innovative, thought-leading, and actionable end-user client advice. Extremely comfortable operating at all levels within medium-sized and major corporations and institutions. The change in economic climes has seen Darren enter the film industry, raising money for independent film studios such as Studio POW and Metamorphis Films garnering interest in productions such as award-winning Cordelia and the eagerly anticipated Brian Epstein biopic Midas Man—the man who discovered the talented Beatles.

Shashank Joshi

Shashank is a serial entrepreneur with 30 years' experience in IT and ITES, now specializing in credit card acquiring and mobile payments. Shashank is currently serving as Founder and CEO of MBNK. He brings his vast experience in building major fintech businesses in India, as well as his business network and strong relationships with POS providers, banks, cellphone companies, TV operators, and providers of other services in India.

Andrew Arthur

Andrew is Managing Director at entertainment company The Pratik Shelar Film Company Media Ltd. Currently he is producing Mrs Churchill’s War, a movie based on the biography of the wife of Mr. Winston Churchill, and it is being directed by Oscar-winning Driving Miss Daisy director Mr. Bruce Beresford. Andrew previously produced and directed four short films which premiered at several festivals including Cannes Court Métrage, Festival de Cannes. Andrew is also an award-winning screenwriter, holds the top prize at the Nantucket Film Festival, and his script, which is the basis of Mrs. Churchill’s War, was a Nicholl Screenwriting Fellowship competition of the Academy of Motion Pictures Arts and Sciences, home of the Oscars® quarter-finalist.

Elisabeth Costa de Beauregard

Elisabeth is an experienced and respected sales agent. She is President of Global Distribution & Sales of Storyboard Media, LLC, where she focuses on the sale and licensing of independent films worldwide. Formerly, with AMBI Pictures, Elisabeth helped advance sales of Rupture, starring Noomi Rapace; This Beautiful Fantastic, starring Tom Wilkinson and Jessica Brown Findlay; and the 400-title exclusive library comprising the Icon, New Market, and Sparta titles. She helped shepherd the Keanu Reeves and Lily Collins film To the Bone, which sold for top dollar at Sundance 2017, along with the Mila Jovovich and James Franco action pic Future World, and romantic comedy Basmati Blues starring Brie Larson. Elisabeth aided in planning the AMBI UK office and brought in strategic partnerships in Korea and China. During her earlier tenure at Voltage Pictures, Elisabeth financed the Academy Award-winning Dallas Buyers Club. Prior to working at Voltage, she worked at Lakeshore Entertainment for close to 14 years where, in her last three years, she served as Head of Lakeshore International, overseeing theatrical sales of Lakeshore’s high-profile features (Fame, Runaway Bride & Autumn in NY) and helped launch films grossing over $100 million worldwide, such as the Underworld franchise and 4-time Academy Award winner, Million Dollar Baby.
